Refund & Return Policy – CARVEDN

At CARVEDN, every piece is handcrafted with care. Because many of our products are made-to-order, customized, or handcrafted from natural wood, slight variations in grain, color, texture, and finish are part of what makes each item unique.

Returns

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Made-to-order items
• Clearance or final sale items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at lukas@carvedn.com  with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

We will review the issue and may offer:

• A replacement
• Store credit
• A refund, depending on the situation

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after processing.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us or the carrier.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After production has started, cancellations may not be possible due to materials and labor already invested into the piece.

Natural Material Disclaimer

CARVEDN products are made from real wood. Natural knots, grain patterns, texture variations, and slight color differences are normal and are not considered defects.
