Thank you for supporting CARVEDN. Every piece is handcrafted with care, and we do our best to get your order shipped safely and as quickly as possible.

Processing Times

Many CARVEDN products are made-to-order or handcrafted in small batches.

Typical processing times are:

  • 3–10 business days for standard items
  • Longer for custom or personalized orders during busy seasons or large event schedules

Processing time refers to the time needed to create and prepare your order before shipment.

Shipping Times

Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Customers will receive tracking information by email once the order has shipped.

Shipping Delays

CARVEDN is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • USPS, UPS, or other shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first contact the shipping carrier.

CARVEDN is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
